Directions to Avalon Farm

From Durham, Chapel Hill and Carrboro

Take 15-501 South, which will become 54 bypass and then 54 West. Once you reach Carrboro Plaza (about 3 miles or so, on your left), follow Route 54 West for approximately 6 miles. Turn right onto Orange Grove Road. Take Orange Grove for 2 miles. Turn right onto Fern Creek Lane. Avalon Farm will be right in front of you.
