associated with quitting.
Don't light that butt! Have you ever been so desparate for a cigarette that you have dug around in the ashtray to find a butt you could still smoke? Don't put off quitting any longer - sign up for the Stop Smoking Now program today!
Stop Smoking Now!
This is a four-session program designed to support you in becoming a non-smoking, fresh-air breather. Using a variety of techniques, you will learn self-hypnosis and deep breathing techniques to support you along the way as well as some useful tips and tricks to build motivation and reduce stress. This package includes a self-hypnosis CD to use at home.
Session 1 (Day 1): This includes an intake interview to find out your reasons for smoking, and more importantly your reasons and motivation for quitting. This will be followed by a pre-talk and a 40-minute hypnosis session. You will be given some "homework" to do and before Session 2 will have been tobacco-free for 24 hours.
Session 2 (Day 4): You may only progress to this session if you have been tobacco-free for 24 hours. If you are unable to take this step, you are not ready for this program and should start again when you are! This session includes creating an aversion to cigarettes (or whatever form of tobacco you use), meaning that tobacco will be associated with unpleasant feelings from now on.
Session 3 (Day 11): This session builds on your good work, reinforcing the benefits of not smoking, and focuses on de-stressing and building up your motivation and will-power even more.
Session 4 (Two weeks after Session 3): At this point you will have been tobacco-free for at least 3 weeks. Well done! ... If you like, you can schedule a "booster" session every few months just to reinforce your new healthy behaviors.
NEW! Stop Smoking Now program available on CD. This two-CD
set contains a Pre-Session Talk and three hypnosis and guided relaxation

tried to quit multiple times before and never manged more than a week
or two before you started again? You may be surprised to learn that
both of those factors count against you in your odds of being able
to quit successfully. Self-beliefs, coping behaviors and social support
from family, spouse/partner and friends are all important factors
