The main house has two bedrooms, a small original living
room, kitchen, bathroom, and a new extension (completed 5
years ago) that provides a bright additional living/dining
room with views of the pool.
A separate guest house on the far side of the pool has a bedroom and bathroom.
There are two patios, and a barbecue, as well as a number
of outbuildings on the property.
The Ariege rivers flows along
one edge of the property. Access to the house is by a private
lane. Nearest neighbours are 500 metres away. The town of
Pamiers is 10km north, and the village of St. Jean-du-Falga
